I told them that I ditched my price list.
I decided to ditch my price list years ago. I realized that by having a price list I was letting my clients simply order off a menu like they were at McDonald’s when instead I wanted to run my business like a 5-star restaurant.
Giving our clients a pricing menu- is like asking them to read a different language. No matter how beautiful or perfectly crafted, our clients don’t truly understand what it means.
I made the decision to get to know my clients. Determine what their needs are, educate them, and then provide them with exactly what they truly want.
